Terms of Service

Bookings & deposits

Appointments may require a deposit at booking, which is applied to your service total. Deposits are fully refundable when you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit, which may be applied to a rebooking within 30 days at our discretion. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Late arrivals

We hold appointments for 10 minutes. Beyond that, we may shorten or reschedule the service.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Square and include applicable sales tax. Gratuities are optional and appreciated.

Gift cards & memberships

Gift cards do not expire and are redeemable for services only, not cash, except where required by law. Memberships renew monthly and may be cancelled any time before the next billing date.

Service guarantee

If a gel or acrylic service chips or lifts within 5 days, we will repair it free of charge.

Liability

Please inform your technician of allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before service. Lisbet Nails Studio is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.
